REFUND POLICY

No Returns. No Exchanges. No Exceptions - Unless It's Our Fault.

Every Wearproof product is made on demand, just for you. This means your order goes into production the moment you place it. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Personal preference
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences

We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering.

When We Make It Right

If your order arrives with a print defect - missing print, misaligned design, or incorrectly positioned artwork — we will send you a replacement at no cost.

To file a claim:

  1. Email us at customers@wearproof.shop within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos of the defect

Once approved, a replacement will be shipped to you. We do not issue monetary refunds — replacements only.
