2. General By placing an order on https://wearproof.shop., you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our store.

3. Print on Demand - Made Just for You All products in our store are produced on demand. This means every item is custom-made at the time of your order. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We strongly recommend reviewing our size guides carefully before placing your order.

4. Claims & Defective Products We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a print defect - including but not limited to: missing print, misaligned print, or incorrectly positioned design - you are entitled to a free replacement. To submit a claim, please contact us at customers@wearproof.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect. Upon review and approval of your claim, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost. Refunds in monetary form are not provided - replacements only. Claims will not be accepted for: incorrect size ordered by the customer, minor color variations due to screen display differences, or general dissatisfaction with the design choice.

5. Shipping We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days from the date of production. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services. Please note that production time (approx. 2–5 business days) is separate from shipping time. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local carriers, or force majeure events.

6. Payments All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is collected at the time of checkout. All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required.

7. Order Confirmation After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at customers@wearproof.shop.

8. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and content on wearproof.shop are the property of #openyourmindset s.r.o. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property & Design Protection All designs, graphics, prints, and visual content displayed on wearproof.shop are the exclusive intellectual property of #openyourmindset s.r.o. and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or use any of our designs — in whole or in part — without prior written permission from #openyourmindset s.r.o. This includes but is not limited to: screenshotting designs for reproduction, printing our designs on third-party products, or using our visual content for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorized use of our designs constitutes a violation of intellectual property law and may result in legal action. We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights.

10. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
